Getting started
- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Click the extension icon to run your first scan — no setup or account needed.
- Free features work immediately, with no network requests at all.
Pro License
- One-time purchase, $4.99 USD — no subscription, yours forever.
- One license key activates Pro on one device at a time ("one key, one device").
- To move Pro to another device: open the extension's Pro/license section and click Deactivate on the old device first. This releases your activation slot, then activate the key on the new device.
- Purchases are processed securely by Creem, our payment provider. After checkout, your license key is shown on the confirmation page and sent to your purchase email.
FAQ
Q: I didn't receive my license key after purchase.
Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from Creem (creem.io). The key is also on the post-purchase confirmation page. Still missing? Email tingstudio.ai@gmail.com with your order email and we'll look it up.
Q: My license key says the activation limit is reached.
One key works on one device at a time. If you changed computers or reinstalled, deactivate the old device from the extension's Pro section. If you no longer have access to the old device, email us and we'll reset the activation.
Q: Does the extension collect my browsing data?
No. All scanning happens locally in your browser. The only network request is a license validation call when you activate or verify Pro — it sends just your license key and an anonymous device identifier. See the Privacy Policy.
Q: Is my payment information safe?
Payments are handled entirely by Creem on its own hosted checkout pages. The extension never sees or stores your card or payment details.
Q: Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Opera) that support Manifest V3.
Q: How do I request a refund?
Contact tingstudio.ai@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email. Refunds are processed by our payment provider Creem.
