Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Extension Health Checker browser extension ("the Extension", "we", "us"). By installing, purchasing, or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a Pro license, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features of the Extension for your personal or internal business use. The free features may be used without purchase, subject to these Terms.

2. License Keys and Activation

• Each Pro license key is valid for activation on one (1) device at a time ("one key, one device").
• To move your license to a new device, deactivate it from the current device first (using the Deactivate option in the Extension); this releases the activation slot.
• The Extension periodically validates your license key with our license server to confirm it remains active.
• License keys obtained through fraud, chargeback, refund, or abuse may be disabled, which will remove Pro access.

3. Purchases and Payments

• Purchases are processed by our payment provider Creem (creem.io), which acts as the merchant of record. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, and refunds are handled by Creem under their terms.
• All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where indicated at checkout.
• The Extension is sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) resell, share, redistribute, or sublicense your license key; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension except as permitted by law; (c) use the Extension to violate any law or the rights of others; or (d) attempt to bypass or interfere with the license validation system.

5. Privacy

The Extension collects only the minimum data needed to validate licenses. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Extension health and risk assessments are informational only and do not constitute professional security advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
